haha, today giving advise to one of my friend brother. then teach him the method and way to improve his stamina. after which, feel like did not run enough then went to run 10 round in the park. run until shiok like can not stop, then see time is like so late le, so stop, rest and went home. before heading back home saw chio bu running. wah is like, why she don't come early, if not run with her. LOLs
